MILESTONE

Just had to dedicate this post to one thing....A MAJOR WEIGHT LOSS MILESTONE....

I can't remember the last time I could take my wedding ring off.....tonight I took it off!!!!!!

    Thanks everybody! I could not take my ring off this morning, so I must have had very little salt yesterday or something....but still felt good yesterday! I was giddy and I kept taking it on and off again!!

    Mandi: I haven't decided how to keep everybody updated. I can't decide if I want to start a new blog, post on here or what. But I've lost 19.8 pounds since 1/1/11! I've got so much to go, but it's going!
